La diversitat de famílies professionals de l’Institut Castellarnau dóna lloc a una gran quantitat d’activitats i projectes de tota mena: xerrades, sortides de cada especialitat i sortides lúdiques, Jornades Tècniques, visites, viatges de formació, participació a les 24 hores de Montmeló…
Al llarg de tot el curs es van desenvolupant totes aquestes activitats tant diverses per tal d’enriquir la formació dels nostres alumnes, tant en l’aspecte tècnic com humà.

Cada curs, a la tardor i des de fa molts anys, el centre participa en La Marató de TV3. Es realitzen xerrades informatives de divulgació d’un tema relacionat amb una malaltia molt prevalent a Catalunya.
